At CPTEA, our brewing process is as meticulous as it is magical, ensuring that each can of our Hard Tea’s is a true masterpiece. It all starts with the careful selection of the finest rooibos tea leaves sourced from our sustainable, organic grower in the Cederberg region – the area in South Africa where rooibos originates from.
These leaves are then sun and air dried, allowing them to be infused with spirit, natural flavours and essences, creating a harmonious fusion of taste and aroma.
Our brewing experts have worked tirelessly to balance the flavours, allowing the various unique taste profiles of rooibos to shine through, whether it be earthy, floral or sweet. Finally, the brews are lightly carbonated, resulting in a crisp and refreshing beverage that captures the spirit of Cape Town in every sip.
